My name is Patrik, and together with Alexandra we stand behind every single booking at Tukan. We're not a corporation - we're two people with a team of drivers who care that you take off stress-free and come back to your car in perfect shape.
The idea was simple. We travelled for years and every time dealt with the same thing - expensive airport parking, confusing terms, no certainty that the car would be safe. We said it has to be possible to do better.
I have over ten years in digital business - from marketing through technology to building online products. I built Tukan as a tech product from day one, not just a parking lot. A proprietary self-service system where customers manage their entire booking without a single phone call. Real-time flight tracking so we know exactly when you land. Automated processes that eliminate errors and unnecessary overhead.
Alexandra is the brain behind customer service. She handles support, back-office and makes sure every customer gets a quick response and the feeling that someone truly cares. When you write to us, a real person answers - not a chatbot.
Our team of drivers completes the full service. From the moment you park until you return from holiday, someone takes care of you. Airport transfer, pickup after landing, help with luggage - all with a smile and on time.
The team also includes Jacek - our travelling tomcat who sleeps all day at home but never misses a car ride.
